DMCA takedown process
This is the plain-language version we operate by while ClipForge is in beta. The form below is live: notices are stored, reviewed, and answered by email within 5 business days.
If you believe a clip made through ClipForge infringes your copyright, file a notice using the form below. We act on properly formed DMCA notices.
A valid notice includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material (URL or clip ID)
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notices follow the same process. We notify the affected creator when content is removed.
